Due to the high volume of internet sales, which are 99% of all of BRH sales,
I have made the decision to go to a by appointment visitation schedule.

This new format requires that I will be able to plan my work flow each day.

You will need to make an online Visitation Time Request via our website
to receive a confirmed time you can visit the retail store.

My time is valuable and needs to be directed to generating income for the business.
With the continued increase in internet sales this needs to be done.

So, moving forward, you will need to reserve a specific appointment time if you need something
direct from the store. You will no longer be able to just stop by.

Part of the reason for this is the ongoing supply chain issues. There just is not is not enough
product, regular everyday items available to stock the store. So there is very very  little
available at the retail store at this time.

All available in retail store items are listed on the BRH Inventory Reduction page. So you can order
store inventory items there and then pickup at the store. In this case there would be a $50.00
fee to pickup or visit the store.

At least a 24 hour notice is required.

There is a non refundable $50.00 fee for a 30 minute 'window' or any part thereof for
this appointment that will be applied to your in store or online purchase.

If you do not purchase anything there is no refund! Please keep that in mind.

If you just come to ask questions the fee applies and is non refundable.

I also can not take the time any longer to answer detailed questions via email or telephone.
Simple questions yes, but to explain how to do something over the phone will no longer be an option.

Visitation Request are just that, a request. Until the request is confirmed via email you do not have a confirmed time.

The reason for this is that another customer may have your date and time scheduled or operationally I can not allow a visitation at the requested time and date do the high volume of internet orders or other appointments and / or meetings that are scheduled.
